I knew it was EarthWorm Jim, but looking at screenshots... It seems to be the iOS version, as the 16-bit version had the pistol icon in the bottom left. The win still goes to jonlimle, though, he got it first. We don't do technicalities. ;3

It'd make sense to wait for confirmation. Just as a general rule of thumb, people will generally jump the gun if they think they're correct (after all most people don't guess unless they think they know it) and if they end up not being correct and the game has moved on ... it's pretty annoying and jumbles stuff up.
